Why Stories?
By sharing your story with the world, you contribute to the promotion of peace. The word “story” does not only mean the “narrative,” but also refers to its former meanings, i.e. “a painting or sculpture representing a historical subject. Hence, any work of pictorial or sculptural art containing figures” as well as “’Story ballets’ with music that had been specially composed to fit a ballet scenario” (OED).
Because the term “story” is so rich in meanings, you are encouraged to submit your stories in any form: a narrative, a poem, a musical composition, a painting, or a combination of them. Please refer to submission guidelines for information on how to submit your story. Also, make sure to read and agree to the privacy policy.
Thank you for taking the time for contributing your story for peace!
